A wall is the largest visible surface in a room, it shapes how the space feels. Much of what's sold as a "sustainable wall panel" is really a plastic or WPC composite: it looks like nature but isn't. Plant Plast® is a genuine natural material made from hemp shives, with visible structure and a feel you notice in the room: for wall coverings, feature walls, partitions and visible interior fit-out. Plant Plast® is a material to touch. You can read the fine structure of the hemp shives. The surface is matte and calm and feels noticeably different from a smooth industrial panel. This combination of origin, character and surface is what defines a Plant Plast® wall in the finished room.
Formats & processing
Currently pressed in 6.00 m × 1.25 m and 10.00 m × 1.25 m, in 15, 18 and 22 mm thickness. Plant Plast® can be worked with standard woodworking machinery; the specific suitability for your application (cutting, fixing, finishing) is coordinated per project.
